I had a thought recently -- when I first started as Akai Riot, I spent a lot less time thinking about the intricacies of what I made and just kinda went for it. I decided to follow that philosophy again and drew Palutena in some cute alt-girl clothes with makeup and piercings and ombre hair, simply because I like those things, lol.

Still couldn't help but throw some easter eggs into the stickers on the wall behind her. And the Sublime tube top is because their sun logo fits the vibe of the giant chunky gold pendant she usually wears (and also because Sublime is pretty cool).

I considered making secondary versions of the topless variations without the nipple piercings since some people dislike them, but...I like them. I wouldn't put them on every Palutena I draw, but on this one, they belong there.

Anyway, I'd never seen an alt Palutena before and I wanted to, so here she is. Hopefully I'm not the only one who enjoys it. 😌🙏
