Apparently life wasn't hard enough for us devs who are barely getting by with what we do make. Now people are going to have to pay taxes if they want to get rewarded for their loyalty. 

Like, getting a mug or a shirt, poster, hoodie... Yeah, those things? They will now tax you for and the best part? We devs are not allowed to cover the cost (absorb the cost) of said 3-11% tax in the price of the tier. It is apparently illegal. 

I think it is time for me to start looking for other ways to get paid. On the bright side, those of you who "skip" the so called reward per tier will apparently be spared of taxes. Also, not everyone will be taxed, depending on country, state/province etc.
