There is 1 game as far as I know its a Visual Novel called "Psycho Pass: Mandatory Happiness" (now if that aint a terrifying name knowing the context of the show). If you're into Visual Novels its is quite good imo. Its available on consoles and steam. You have to investigate the cases while making decisions that make a difference especially to your psycho-pass, if it gets too high you'll get different endings or potenially game over. To the question about the world state. Sybil is only in Japan. To give more context at current in the show it is the year 2112 Akane is 20 with birth date of 2092. the System has existed since around 2030-2040 but it was originally only used for the Job/education aptidute functionality. It wasn't until 2090 that it became used for "latent criminals" and the crime scanning portion. So the full system has only been active for a bit over 20years but its been an accepted part of life for nearly 80years. More than that, I think it is intentionally never 100% confirmed the state of the world outside Japan in such a way that it could potentially be a lie told by Sybil to maintain control. What we do get told is most of the rest of the world is in a state of anarchy and ruins but that other countries do exist. How this happened is only tangenially hinted at to be Global Climate change related and this is only hinted at because A) What else could cause the entire world to fail and B) Most of the old "ruins" sections of cities we see around Japan are submerged/sunken implying a lot of flooding and higher water levels. So that's my assumption but its never fully confirmed.
