You'll love this arc as Ankh's growth as a character is about to blossom. He won't be the being made of pure greed (and desire) for long.

Notice how Maki is the antithetical to Kougami (president). One is obsessed with death, and the other, birth. In this show, everything are opposites from major to minor characters. Almost every character has an opposite to something in one way or another. OOO is really one of the seasons that you spend hours at nights connecting the dots and just thinking about it all night long. It's one of the reasons why it's in my 2nd favorite KR show of all time just behind Agito (underated show btw).
