So as the one that requested this I should probably provide some answers to the questions asked - in the order they were asked - (no spoilers ofc): In terms of content there are 3 seasons of psycho pass with season 1 being the longest at 22 episodes season 2 the shortest with 11 episodes and season 3 only has 8 episodes but they're 45mins long rather than 24 like the others so its technically 16 episodes. There are 3 movies that were all well recieved and the watch order is basically: Season 1 Season 2 Psycho-Pass: The Movie Psycho-Pass: Sinners of the System (second movie) Season 3 Psycho-Pass: First Inspector You will probably hear a lot of hate about season 2 people saying you should stop after season 1 and that sorta thing. Frankly its overhated, season 2 is imo (and that of most) not as good as season 1 but that doesn't mean its a bad show. Season 3 was very well recieved - as were the movies as mentioned. On the topic of who wrote it is it based on manga etc. It is anime original though there was a manga adaptation created alongside the first season, I have no idea of its content because I generally don't read manga. The writer for the show is Gen Urobuchi who was also the writer behind Madoka Magica and Fate/Zero both of which are considered masterpieces by many. Yes the singer is the same person from Tokyo Ghoul intro. "TK" from the band Ling tosite Sigure. It's a pretty uniquely recognizable style. On the topic of Clothes it confuses most the show has a pretty show don't tell style when it comes to day to day technology in a way that I like in my sci-fi personally. Which is to say its so normal and standard for Akane why would she ever explain or discuss it. But to clear up some confusion, she is basically wearing her work suit and the hologram is her casual clothes. When she gets to work she isn't so much changing clothes as turning off the casual clothes hologram. So people have actual clothing of some sort under their holograms because obviously holograms can't provide warmth or protection etc. Overall I like the thoughts and ideas on where the show is going to go the interest in some character backstories and more so I'll enjoy experiencing it with y'all :)
