Ultear’s backstory you still have a couple episodes, but probably a good idea to refresh yourself on the Galuna Island arc like you were saying. Gray and Juvia's ship name is Gruvia. And yeah Ur told Gray and Lyon that Urtear had died. This became a point of contention with Lyon, especially when Gray was taken in. He told Ur that she already had him to take the place of her dead daughter and didn't need Gray. There is more to this backstory which will be explored soon.

Kat's Question of the week: Why don't they have potions in Fairy tail? There are in fact potions in the world of Fairy Tail but they do not typically help with magic power rejuvenation. Many deal with sickness, ailments, enhancing abilities or other such magical abilities, etc. Magic power rejuvenation is something that only very rare and high quality items can do in this world. Some wizards have the ability to refill magic power due to abilities they are privy to such as Natsu eating Flames, but remember that is a very specific ability. Natsu almost poisoned himself when he tried to eat etherium crystal at the tower of heaven because it was made of many different magics. Remember that Magic Power is not a physical commodity in Earthland like it was in Edolas so seeing lacroma is also quite rare. Another thing about potions is that many that enhance a person usually have big side effects for either the user or others around or connected to them.

By that point pretty much everything in it is revealed except for a couple of little teasers for things to come that you wont understand until you see them anyway. Now for the fun part. We have ultimate magic coming up. Truly fearsome stuff. We will also have the secret revealed that started off this arc. And we get to see returns that give you goosebumps and fights that shake the very earth. But remember what we told you. We have been warning you. Keeping you in suspense. Giving you the lore behind the reason. But the time has come. It's here...

I still think she should wait to see the intro until 122, maybe 123. If she waits until 123, it'll spoil absolutely nothing. If she waits until 122, it'll alert her of what's about to happen in 122.

Bonus Bonus Comment: Movie-wise Fairy tail has 2. The first one is one you can probably watch after one or 2 more arcs but the second one was not made until the hiatus that Fairy Tail went on a few years back. Can't watch that until you get to that point in the story.

greetings from germay grays story line one of my favorites. after ep 122 there should be a pause graystar knows why gi hi hi (gajeels laugh). Maybe do the ovas then.

I'll add a bonus comment to follow suit and since we're talking about the movies! The first movie best fits in the timeline after the tournament arc (I also definitely think you should watch that one in sub), and the second movie takes place before the final arc starts (well, final arc of the first series, there's still the sequel that we're waiting on the anime adaptation for). Animation for the first one looks pretty close to the regular series' animation, but the second movie is GORGEOUS! And both are considered canon, they get referenced in the manga, so you should definitely give them a watch :)
