also regarding dbz, on whether or not you should watch kai, original, i personally grew up with the Funimation one.But more importantly the one with bruce faulconer music in it. I know the dvds have like different tracks, one with the music and without. I like the one with the music more.

In the original, Blue says nothing about a Brother. In the original he is attracted to the boy who repaired his car.

This is an odd case. The village, and the characters, are actually from the authors' previous series before Dragon Ball, called Dr. Slump. so this was actually a crossover. Arale appears in one episode in Dragon Ball Super, but aside from that nope, never again.
