About the only think you are missing if you havent seen 14.5 is that the entire episode is narrated by Sinon. So you kind of get her take on things. But there are no unique scenes, its just made up of clips of the first 14 episodes, with Sinon narrating. Also just a little important thing, Kirito only had one sword equipped, when they were about to head into the dungoen. But when they get "super serious quest" he equips a second. Just a sign of him taking things more seriously. Note on this OP is sung by the Japanese VA for Asuna.

season 2 is 24 or 25 episodes, same as season 1. After you finish season 2 you are in the clear to watch the movie if you want. Ordinal Scale i believe technically takes place between season 2 and 3, but it was also written after season 3 and 4 were written, so there are no spoilers in the later seasons for it, so if you would rather watch season 3 before the movie you can do that too.
