Aside from the current ongoing arc in the manga, this is the arc I've been looking forward to the most for you to read. A couple things to point out, the thing with Mineta strapped to a chair was a gag. If you look, Mina is right next to him and its implying shes brainwashing him because she is still upset at the perv move he pulled out in the joint training match. The name of the company that the Meta Liberation Ceo guy owns is called Detnerat, which backwards is Talented. Japan kind of switches out there Ls and Rs a lot. Also not sure if you caught it, but they guy the League Of Villains were fighting at the end is Gigantomachia. He's the one that Gran Torino and the cops ran into when they captured Kurogiri right after the Overhaul arc. Gigantomachia is also the guy that Kirishima and Mina encountered in Kirishimas flashback. Super excited for your next reaction. Make sure you keep a lookout for the title of the next chapter when you do your readthrough. It will be on Page 2 of the next chapter.
