I'm new to Naruto, but I think the red chakra is something unique to the Nine Tails Fox, is not something any ninja can do, so as far as I know every normal chakra is blue, but Naruto can tap into a red one because he has the Nine Tails Fox inside him.

Naruto's seal has an even numbered structure. Orochimaru placed an odd numbered seal on top of it. Jiraiya just basically removed what Orochimaru placed on him. The odd over even is what was making it difficult for Naruto because the original seal was designed to allow whatever leaked out to naturally be integrated into his normal blue chakra.

One thing about the Summoning Contract Scroll that has always bothered me is that only 5 people before Naruto have signed it. So in the entire history of Shinobi only 5 people have been able to summon the Toads of Mount Myoboku, that number just seems a bit low to me. Also you have mistaken one character for another in episode 54. I remember making that same mistake as well my first time through.

Hi Kat.. you ask if he feels the punshes of the Clone Jutsu.. to be honest, We cant tell you that (because we dont know that either).. The Full extend of the Clone Jutsu will be explained in Shippuuden.. Thats the only thing i will say
