Hello lovely patrons!

If it’s okay, I need your help! I want to create the best sleep audio I have ever made to date - what kind of things do you think make for a perfect sleep aid/helps you drift off to sleep?

What kind of elements? Words? Scenario? Sounds? How long should the audio be? Just anything in audios that you feel helps you sleep, let me know about it!

I’ve noticed a lot of you are struggling to sleep & I can’t do much but I can try to create something that might help. Thank you in advance for your advice 💖

Heartbeat is a big one, sounds from multiple directions as if I was being held

I like whispering, trigger words, head scratches...

Head scratches and whispering, especially ear to ear.

Soft ear to ear speaking, just talking about normal things it doesn’t have to be affirmations or the like. Head patting/hair brushing. And i think it’s called ear tracing, gently running fingers over the 3dio essentially. Hope you can make the best audio ever!

Heartbeat sounds, breathing sounds, hair scratches, small kisses, and words of affirmation in the beginning to set the mood

Hospital type situations really make me knock out👍🏾

Rain, soft breathing and heartbeats usually do the trick :)

Sounds that evoke a visual that is relaxing. That is also a soft sound, like Head scratches type of sounds.

Whispers, just normal conversation - nothing special. Sounds of breathing and heartbeats too.

Some sleep aids I can't use more than once or twice before I start to notice where they repeat, so layering and randomness in the long section is important I think
