Thank you for considering me to bring life into your ideas. Please take your time and read through my terms of service and be sure you fully understand before proceeding in submitting a request.

DISCOUNT INFORMATION

PATREON: Those that choose to become "Danger First Class" patron will receive a 15% discount for future commissions. The discount will only apply to commissions $150 or more. Must be a Patron for minimum of 60 days for discount to apply.

Additional 5% off if you include one or more of any of my original characters in your commission.

Do not let my prices discourage you from choosing me to be your artist. Although there are plenty of others out there that take commissions for less money; I do this professionally and I truly am passionate about my work, and my prices are very fair compared to what others that are frankly lesser skilled than I am are charging from what I'm told.

If you use my services, you hereby agree that you:

1: are of legal age for adult content

2: are committed and are immediately able to pay for the work

3: will credit me and include a link to my InkBunny, SoFurry, Weasyl, and/or Patreon account. You are not required to include a link to all of my accounts; only one or more of the aforementioned accounts. (If you paid for a "private art fee" then disregard this number)

4: understand that I reserve the right to cancel a commission at anytime for any reason, but also understand that I will not do so unfairly or without good reason.

5: are able to comprehend the English language

Part I: RESPONSIBILITY AND LIABILITY

A: You may do whatever you wish with the work you commissioned. However I am neither responsible or liable for any damages if the image or images you commissioned are seen by anyone that you would not want to see them; nor am I responsible or liable for the misuse of any image or images that you commissioned.

B: It is the sole responsibility of the individual or individuals requesting commissioned work to provide clear a detailed instructions on the work that is wanting to be done. (Commission Request Requirements can be found in Part III, Section 2)

C: It is my responsibility to ensure that all commissions, either requested or in progress, are dealt with professionally and promptly. Questions can be asked at any time and no one will be treated unfairly.

No individual or individuals will be judged or disrespected unless such judgement and disrespect is unduly put upon me.

D: It is my responsibility to give you credit also for the commissioned work, and I will add a link to whatever account you want in the description of the work I post unless you wish to remain anonymous.

E: You agree to these terms of service immediately upon filling out a commission request, and again once payment has been received for the work. If you are not of legal age and somehow got a commission from me containing adult material, and you get found with the commissioned work at any point during the commission process; I am not responsible or liable, nor shall I issue any refund.

Part II: TIME-FRAMES, PAYMENT AND REFUNDS

1: TIME-FRAMES

A: Time-frames can vary depending on the complexity of the work. A simple single character sketch will always be completed quicker than a single character full-detailed work. Most commissions can be completed in three (3) weeks or less. Again this depends on complexity of the work and real-world factors.

B: Time-frames to when any commission will be completed are only an estimate and are not guaranteed. Please understand I work a full-time job and also some part-time and side jobs on top of doing artwork. No exact date will be given for completion of commissions. If a commission MUST be completed by a certain date (such as a birthday or another special occasion), then that MUST be established before a commission project begins and a "time-sensitive fee" will apply. A commission begins when I approve of the commissioned work and either partial or full payment of the work has been received and logged.

2: PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS

A: Due to security for both myself and others, payments will only be accepted through PayPal. No exceptions.

B: Payments can be made in full or partially. Partial payments is that the individual or individuals pay 50% of the commission total up-front, and then remaining 50% when the commission is completed.

a: Partial payments are only allowed for commission $150.00 or more.

b: Other payment plans are not acceptable.

c:  The individual or individuals have fourteen (14) calendar days from the completion of the commission to pay the remaining balance. If the remaining balance is not paid within the time allotted, then the commissioned work will be re-purposed or destroyed, and no refund for the first paid half of the work will be granted.

C: Payment, either in full or partial, must be made before any work is started. Paying full or partial will not determine the level of importance or order I work any commission unless a "time-sensitive fee" or a "priority fee" is applied. (See Part V, Section 2 for fee prices).

D: Refunds

a: A full refund shall be issued if I am unable to complete your commission on my end due to some unforeseen circumstance.

b: A full refund shall be issued to you if you decide to cancel the commission while on the reservation list. This only applies if the $10 reservation fee was paid only. If you decided to pay 50% up front, or the full price, while on the reservation list; then you will be refunded 75% of what you paid. Also note that once you are off the reservation list and work has begun; the only refund options are (a) and (c) of this section.

c: A 20% refund will be issued if any individual or individuals become disrespectful, unrealistic, demanding, or obnoxious at any time while the commission is in progress. Whatever work that is completed at time of refund will re-purposed or destroyed.

E: Please do not make a payment after we agree on the work until an invoice in sent to you through PayPal. Any payment made without an invoice will be refunded and you'll have to start the process of paying over again.

Part III: COMMISSION PROCESS  AND COMMISSION REQUEST REQUIREMENTS

1: COMMISSION PROCESS

The commissions department operates Monday-Friday. Commissions may extend into Saturday only if absolutely necessary, and there's never work on Sundays.

My commission process is as follows:

1 - Submit a commission request form and email it to me.

2 - After I approve the request, and you agree on the total cost; you make a payment following the guidelines in Part II, Sections A-C.

3 - I start the commission; starting with a sketch or a rough-draft, then the inking, then the flat color then finally the lighting, shading and effects. If you only paid for a sketch then that's where the work ends.

4 - I provide you updates as I progress in the drawing process, and I will get your approval before moving onto the next stages. I email preview images to the email associated to your PayPal account only. Preview images are lower resolution and smaller than the finished work will be.

5 - You will be given three (3) free alterations throughout the rough-draft stage and one (1) free alteration during the linework phase. If you happen to want an alteration made at any point after approving the sketch phase; then a "post-sketch alteration fee" will apply.

6 - After the commission is completed, and you've already paid in full, you will be emailed the completed full-sized work. If you made a partial payment, the remaining balance must be paid before I email you the finished work. (See Part II, Section B, Subsection c for more information) I do not include the raw work files under any circumstances.

***NOTE: IF YOU WANT THE ART TO BE POSTED BUT WOULD RATHER REMAIN ANONYMOUS, THEN I WILL NOT MENTION YOU IN THE POSTED DESCRIPTION. I LIKE TO POST MY OWN ART, BUT IF YOU WANT THE ART NOT TO BE POSTED AT ALL FOR WHATEVER REASON, THEN A "PRIVATE FEE" WILL BE CHARGED.***

2: Submitting Commission Requests

- Commission request forms must be submitted through email (dangerdoberman@yahoo.com) only. I will not accept requests through any other medias. Title the subject as 'COMMISSION REQUEST'.

- Requests that do not include a form, or the form is not filled out completely, will not be considered.

Part IV: UNACCEPTABLE MATERIAL

There's a lot of material that I won't do. I am first and foremost a DOG artist. Things I won't draw include but are not limited to:

a: Pedophilia/children/cub/diaper/very young puppies (SFW is acceptable. No adult situations or anything suggestive.)

- The term "very young puppy" meaning any character that appears or sounds like an infant or

toddler. Characters that appear or sound to be in their early to late teens are acceptable only!

b: Foot fetishes (feral dog paws are acceptable only!)

c: Necrophilia

d: Scat (Mouth contact and full-body coverage not allowed!) Normal dirty anal and dropping is only acceptable, and "feral" characters are only acceptable when it comes to giving or receiving. "Anthro" characters are giving positions only; with the "feral" character receiving.

- The term "feral" meaning that the characters are quadrupedal, bipedal, avian or as they would be believably anatomical in this reality; this only refers to physical appearance, regardless of whether or not the characters can speak human languages or not.

- The term "Anthro" meaning that the characters are non-human with humanlike anatomy such as having hands with opposable thumbs, walk on two legs, wear clothing, and so on.

e: Extreme "watersport" (such as ingesting or full-body coverage)

f: Inflation/Impregnation/Pregnancy

g: Felines in any way, shape or form.

h: Vore/Gore

i: Hyper/Giants/unrealistically oversized anything

j: Rodents/Rabbits

k: Pigs/Hogs

l: MyLittlePony/Sonic the Hedgehog/Steven Universe/Lilo & Stitch/Care Bears/Paw Patrol

m: Foxes in any way, shape or form.

n: Birds/Griffins (anatomically correct birds are acceptable only)

o: Sea creatures

p: Fat/overweight/obesity

q: Bears

r: Changing ages of characters (such as taking a character known to be a "pup" or a "child" and making them older)

s: Farting (feral dogs are acceptable only)

t: Incest (brother/sister is acceptable. anything else has very limited exceptions, and may be accepted on a rare case-to-case basis.)

u: Anatomically incorrect reptiles (such as reptiles depicted with breasts, external testicles and so on)

v: Human or human-like genitalia on anything other than humans (This is to my discretion)

w: Anything to do with "pride" or "lgbtq", pronoun or woke idiocy

x: Hyperrealism

Part V: PRICING AND FEES

1: Pricing

Before work is started; the individual or individuals and myself will agree upon the work. Payment, either full or partial, will be received. Base prices are for single characters only, excluding comic prices. Additional characters are priced accordingly. However the complexity of the work will determine final pricing.

Basic guidelines for pricing are as follows:

A: Headshots/Busts/Icons

a - Sketch: $20 / Additional characters: add $10 each

b - Inked: $35 / Additional characters: add $15 each

c - Flat Color, no lighting or shading: $50 / Additional characters: add $35 each

d - Full detail: $75 / Additional characters: add $45 each

B: Full/Partial Body

a - Sketch: $50 / Additional characters: $15 each

b - Inked: $75 / Additional characters: $30 each

c -  Flat Color, no lighting or shading: $200 / Additional characters: $75each

d - Full detail: $300 / Additional characters: $85 each

C: Backgrounds

Backgrounds are only free for sketches, and only if the background is simple enough. Pricing varies depending on the complexity of the background. Understand that I design my backgrounds from the ground up. You may choose not to have a background as well. However...having no background is not recommended.

D: Flat colored reference sheets

This will include your choice of position or pose of two (2) views of your character and basic information and color swatches. Additional views of character and/or windows displaying individual details such as eyes, genitalia, or assorted accessories will be at an additional cost.

Lighting, shading, and effects are not available for reference sheets.

a - Two (2) view base reference sheet: $175

b - Additional views of character (Smaller images showing different poses/positions/or angles): Add $25 to base per viewing window

c - Detail windows (showing close-ups, accessories, etc): Add $25 to base per window

E: Comics

Comics are very time consuming depending on the amount of characters, complexity of characters and backgournd. All prices are estimates only. The prices may go up or down depending on the factors of the project.

Comics are priced per frame and per character.

Minimum order amount is four (4) frames.

Maximum order amount on a single page is ten (10) frames.

Sketch $20 per frame / $25 per character

Inked $30 per frame / $35 per character

Flat Colored $40 per frame / $55 per character

Full Detail $50 per frame / $65 per character

F: Telegram stickers

Price may be adjusted if you want something more complex.

Minimum of 5 stickers per order.

Single Character: $25 per sticker

Two Characters: $35 per sticker

2: Fees

Not all of the following fees are charged automatically per commission. All fees are added on top of the commission prices, and all will be broken down in detail before I make an invoice, and it will also be on the invoice.

1: Bank transfer fee (Automatically applied to all commissions. Does not apply to 'First Class Patron' discount.): $2.00

2: Post-Sketch alteration fee (Will be charged for any alterations at any phase after the rough-draft phase): $10 per alteration

3: Priority fee (Puts your work to the top of the list. Note that this is not a rush option where the commission will get done faster. It just pushes you to the head of the line): $20

4: Time-sensitive fee (If the work HAS to be done by a certain time. This option has to be arranged two (2) weeks before the proposed deadline) : $100

5: Private fee (Where you want a commission but don't want it posted anywhere; even by me!): $50

***IF YOU DO PAY FOR A "PRIVATE FEE" AND END UP POSTING IT LATER ON YOUR OWN ACCOUNT(S), REFUND OF THE PRIVATE FEE WILL NOT BE ISSUED, AND I AM ALLOWED TO POST IT ON MY ACCOUNTS AS WELL.***

6: Reservation Fee (Where you pay to reserve your spot in line is the work slots are full. This fee is a one time charge and will be deducted from overall commission cost): $10

***IF YOU CHOOSE TO BE ON THE RESERVATION LIST EVEN WHEN THERE ARE AVAILABLE WORK SLOTS; YOUR RESERVATION IS ONLY GOOD FOR 60 CALENDAR DAYS. IF WE DO NOT PROCEED WITH YOUR WORK IN THAT TIME-FRAME, THEN YOU WILL BE ISSUED A REFUND. Please see "Part 2: Section D" for refund information)
