This shows how freaking powerful Luke is right now. Mando was getting roundly thrown around by one... ONE... Dark Trooper, and barely beat it, needing that Beskar spear. Meanwhile, Luke just saunters in on the X-Wing, and proceeds to systematically destroy an entire platoon (about 50) of them like they were nothing. Also, that end credit scene.... Jon Favreau confirmed on Good Morning America that Boba Fett would be getting his own spinoff show, set around the same timeline as Mandalorian. Whether it will be a limited mini-series or a full show with multiple seasons like The Mandalorian is yet to be determined. The next few years, 2021 and 2022, are going to be Death Star exploding with Star Wars goodness. We have The Bad Batch, The Mandalorian season 3, Book of Boba Fett season 1, Rangers of the Republic, Rogue Squadron, Ashoka spinoff, Obi-Wan spinoff, Lando spinoff, and several more unnamed projects. One of those unnamed might just be a Luke spinoff that details the years AFTER Return of the Jedi, so around the same SW timeline as The Mandalorian. If so then, yeah, Sebastian Stan would be a great choice to play a young post-RotJ Luke in any show.

Not many may have seen him, but they all know of The Jedi that took out a Death Star with an X-Wing, took down an AT-AT with a tow cable, survived a duel with Darth Vader (even though it cost him a hand) &amp; had an audience with the Emperor + Vader &amp; was the only one to walk out alive. 🤯
