Request FORMS (Patreon)

Hello everyone! New month, new streams, so if you'd like to request art of your character, time to fill out one or both of these forms! If it's been a while since you got one, let me know in the comments and I'll bump you to the top. (Make sure the username you use on Patreon and the one you write in the form are the same, or I won't know which entry is yours <3) Also just a note that some of you have put discord links in for your references, and those haven't been opening! Dropbox, FA, Twitter, Imgur etc. all work fine though.
