Like everyone has said, you should see a doctor (if you haven’t). Even though you have an antibiotic for your foot, it may do nothing for this particular illness. If it’s upper respiratory, you may need a Z-pac. In the meantime you should take some Mucinex 1200mg twice a day with lots of water to break up and dissipate the phlegm. Hope you feel better soon!
