Hi Eric! You can make a mister on a timer mist how ever long prob 30 sec straight and then turn off like every hour. That will help keep him cool and teach him water is ok!

Sorry my comment was not clear, since I speak French, I use a translator and it was just for prevention. Sometimes a dog tries to catch the water squirting out of a hose or direct spray. In his excitement, the dog does not realize and he can swallow badly or swallow too much water at once and this can cause problems.
