If you're not joking there, I think its a serious mistake. Speaking as a cat, I certainly wouldn't like dogs encroaching on my limited living space if it were me. And the smell, mygod. No sooner would Tara be finished doing the housework and then along come a pair of unruly dogs making muddy footprints all over the place. If dogs were to be allowed in it wouldn't surprise me if the cats went and got their own 1/7th scale cat rv and do their own thing.

On that note, I spoke to Dean of Leisure Travel Vans and they are about to release a Cat rv this season ( watch their channel for the introductory video ). He said Opie had already emailed him after seeing you with those dogs.
