Wow. I'm glad y'all are ok. Did the guy get arrested? Sounded like he should have. I'm glad you have uninsured and under insured motorists insurance. It's worth it. Especially, with this being your home.

Just talked to the franchise owner of the location I work at. He says they can fix it. The problem will be painting it, if it fits in there shop they can paint it. It won't be perfect cuz they won't have a paint booth that will fit in. But they make it look good. Contact a Maaco auto body shop.

You will have to redo the stripe yourself. But you have already done that anyway, so....

Thinking about it, my advice make sure it's driveable, go to Washington visit your family and get it fixed there.

Yeah I probably won’t even ask them to paint anything I’ll just do it myself, as long as they can do the fiberglass work

Let the body shop paint it. And then you just have to put the stripe on. They'll be able to match the paint/gellcoat no problem. They'll just blend it in. Painters are magicians.

Auto painters are magicians. I had a teal-colored car and had some body work done to it. They had to match the paint. Perfect match.

In new jersey that car would of been impounded, with lots of court mandatory tickets….tough situation. Every state is different unfortunately with policing.

This is my worst nightmare, as if there's not enough to go wrong with an RV having to deal with this is ridiculous.
