One day I will be ready to talk about this more, but I’m having an emotionally hard time accepting the reality. The house had rotting foundation due to MASSIVE flooding/pooling water in, around, and below it. It was deemed no longer inhabitable by the county. The only option was to demo the house and rebuild on raised land with better drainage, or leave lot open. I no longer own the property. It’s not my problem anymore. But I learned a lot of valuable lessons here. This is why I’m only leasing my current shop one year at a time. I’m not ready to get into another nasty mess like this.
