I filmed and uploaded this video a day early because I'm going off grid with no cell service for a few days. Hope you are all well. Catch you all on the flipside!

So proud of you for sticking with your weight loss program. Don't let the haters and complainers ruin it for you. You are truly inspirational to rational loving people. Keep up the good work!

You are so inspiring! Can't understand the negativity. So proud of your weight loss- it really shows in your body changes and "that smile". The new cooking gaget is very interesting. Curious to see where your going off grid. Gotta go watch NF videos :)

I don’t get why people are upset. We are still with you, lost 2 lbs this week!! Very happy with our plan, it’s just slow

We are as perplexed as you are that it effects people negatively. We think you are doing an awesome job with your health and only see positives for you. We will always be loyal subscribers to your life adventure .

Glad you did the update. We are totally onboard with your new lifestyle, haters gonna hate no matter what you do.

You go chef! The white stuff is albumin and it's just proteins, I normally just dab it off with a paper towel. You can sear the salmon post sous vide so it looks more appetizing but without skin, you'd have to do just like you did carrots. Non stick, little oil and pretty quick. You can also use a butane torch on any of the proteins for a bit of char / grill which is even easier.

if you decide to play with torch, one i use is iwatani butane torch, if you want a flamethrower you can lookup searzall ...

You gotta do what you gotta do. I see both sides cause I'm a fat old woman but I couldn't be prouder of you. You've done great and deserve to be proud and excited. I used to get that way but now I just get embarrassed due to my size. You keep up the good work cause I'm betting you win the challenge!

We’ve enjoyed your weight loss Wednesday videos and they have inspired our adult son too. Keep the videos coming!

I have no clue why you would have haters due to weight loss ... but like the others say, no matter what you do there are going to be some who do not like it. They will probably be back! LOL

2023-01-19 18:26:00 Just my $0.02 on this - I'm a long-term patron at a fairly high level; I'm certainly not a 'hater' and hope Eric & Jax only get healthier and happier. But: I watch this youtube channel for entertainment - I enjoy watching videos about RV life and travel to interesting places, and enjoy Eric's sense of humor and seeing Jax. That said - I skip all of the 'diet' videos - not because I wish him ill in any way, but just because they're not what I'm interested in, and not what I subscribed to this channel for. The channel used to be 100% enjoyment - when I saw a new video, It was something I liked. With the diet videos - now, there's a bit of disappointment every week associated with the channel that there wasn't before, and if I were on the edge of being interested - I might perhaps unsubscribe. All in all - perhaps different channels for vastly different topics, especially, if it's not just a one-off video, but a continuing series? That way, people can choose to subscribe to the new topic content if they want, but not have to be disappointed by it/keep having it show up on their subscription feed if they're not.

Life lesson you already know (but it is hard to accept) = you can't please everybody. I tried for a long time (to the detriment of my mental health) before realizing it is just not possible. Live your life! Enjoy your life! Be happy!
