Update on Texas motor Speedway: in an email to ticket holders, they are going to try to open up the infield tomorrow starting at 8 AM again. However, still getting hammered by heavy rain storm with thunderstorms, and lightning and a tornado risk of three out of five. and that will last through 5 PM tomorrow as far as they can see out for sure. So I don’t know why they decided to let us come into a flooded infield tomorrow when it’s worse weather than today when they canceled it. In the meantime, I’m in a parking lot full of other RVs, who are just as confused as I am. Either cancel it all and give us our money back or let us in because this is stupid. 24 hours ago they had forecasted sunny skies and 0% chance of rain tomorrow and now they have just changed to more flooding conditions andheavy rain, sleet, and hail every hour every hour. Currently it’s still says only 2% chance of rain on Thursday… i’m almost certain that will change again tomorrow. It is so difficult to do anything in Texas outdoors… I almost just gave up and left the state today.
