Up until this point, I’d not broken a single bone in my body at age 42. That streak has ended. I also had my very first ambulance ride. Got scans. My spine is ok. Just broken ribs, pinched nerve, and inflamed muscles. I can barely move at all. Steady does of IV morphine and muscle relaxers. The real miracle here is my head. Yes, it hit hard and would have cracked my skull if not for that BIG DUMB FOAM HAT! Incredibly fortunate there. It’s gonna be slow going for me for 6-8 weeks. Worst pain of my life! I love you all.
