Very interesting ideas! I am glad however they appear to be rather optional setups to not get too in the way of an experience, there's always a danger of overloading a game system with too many ideas. But from what I'm seeing so far I do like these ideas!

Impregnation will be a thing that game will explore but there won't be code that handles a pregnancy as a separate game system. A pregnancy would be handled as a scripted event through the existing systems.
