P4 Chie character and mod update (Patreon)

For this month's bonus release I remade Chie!

As mentioned in the Yukiko post, I touched upon her skirt (should be less blocky now) and her hair (no more wiggling around).
Also, I edited her face, should be more in line with my current releases (and yes, her eyes close now lol).

I said a day or two until I release her, but it turned out to be weeks instead, sorry about that haha.
I shall not make such promises again, if I tease a bonus release in the future, expect it around the 15th of that month!

Sumi is coming along nicely too, so expect her on time!
