Hey, what's up?

It's a bit confusing for most of the users to download previous releases of the packs, so here onwards you no longer need to download the old releases, and yeah RT14 will be a STANDALONE PACK even future releases too.

For RT14 my first priority is to make it optimized and I am glad to say that the outcome was impressive. basically I the texture pack used to be in a mixed bit rate of 8 bit, 24bit, 32bit. But from the RT14 release, you will find the RT Texture pack to be available as follows:-

1. LEGENDARY RT TEXTURE 1024x 1.14.4-1.16.5 compressed (contains 8-bit maps)

2. LEGENDARY RT TEXTURE 1024x 1.14.4-1.16.5 Standard (contains 8, 24, and 32-bit maps)

3. LEGENDARY RT TEXTURE 1024x 1.14.4-1.16.5 High (contains 32-bit maps)

1. LEGENDARY RT TEXTURE 512x 1.14.4-1.16.5 compressed (contains 8-bit maps)

2. LEGENDARY RT TEXTURE 512x 1.14.4-1.16.5 Standard (contains 8, 24, and 32-bit maps)

3. LEGENDARY RT TEXTURE 512x 1.14.4-1.16.5 High (contains 32-bit maps)

1. LEGENDARY RT TEXTURE 256x 1.14.4-1.16.5 compressed (contains 8 bit maps)

2. LEGENDARY RT TEXTURE 256x 1.14.4-1.16.5 Standard (contains 8, 24, and 32-bit maps)

3. LEGENDARY RT TEXTURE 256x 1.14.4-1.16.5 High (contains 32-bit maps)

So, What this different type of bit depth does?

well in simple terms it probably reduces the size of the texture maps by reducing the color depth which helps in compressing the pack to really very high extend

Example :

1. LEGENDARY RT TEXTURE 1024x 1.14.4-1.16.5 compressed - 481 MB

2. LEGENDARY RT TEXTURE 1024x 1.14.4-1.16.5 Standard - 961 MB

3. LEGENDARY RT TEXTURE 1024x 1.14.4-1.16.5 High - 1.10 GB

Also, the difference between them will be negligible as you can see below

Compressed:-
