About In-Description Patron Crediting (Patreon)

First, please know that episode 5 is currently private-locked and I'm appealing the reason why, so it should be back whenever that goes through.

About the title though: we may not be able to put Patron names in the credits. We did for episode 5, and the result was a metadata policey violation(in other words, the system thought I was inflating the description with unrelated information in an attempt to cheat the search engine). 

For now I'll continue with the post-video thanks and see if I can think of a way around this.
