Small Description and Long-Video Procedure Changes (Patreon)

Heya everyone, I made a couple changes to clean up our front page and description. I mostly did it to take out a lot of fluff, but I also changed one thing:

Our clause about charging for content longer than 24 minutes as 2 videos and longer than 36 minutes for 3 has been changed somewhat. Instead of arbitarily being multiples of 12 I've changed it to 20+ and 30+. When we create content we never adjust the time for the sake of Patreon pledges so this won't make anything shorter, and it's just easier to attribute videos to those numbers. In anyone has any questions or concerns about the change, please contant me. I'm open to feedback.
