August 2021 Patron Drive (Patreon)

The link to the patron drive this month is going out. As always it contains all released songs, episodes, scripts, as well as a lot of unreleased content! It will be available up until the end of the month, then will become available again from a new link next Month on the 5th.

Regarding Digimon: the goal once again dipped under 3000 during the pay-out period. We're cautiously doing pre-production work to get materials ready for if it does come back, but currently it hasn't stayed above the goal. Regardless, your support has been overwhelming and we can't thank you all enough!

Our goal this month is to get this Bleach episode done and to you guys, before hitting UBW:A 9. Everything for the latter has been recorded, and we just need the time to switch our focus once this episode is done. With borders opening we can also start to work on Inuyasha again, as our lead actor can travel to our space to record!

Seems a bit disingenuous that y'all said you'd do Digimon if you reached the goal, then you did, and then you said you were gonna wait to see if it stayed there. I'm still giving my money every month and will continue to, but you need to be more clear about what the actual criteria to get this thing made is

We have been very clear in our updates about it. Reaching the goal means staying at it through the pay-out period. The actual amount Patrons are giving isn't accurately reflected by the goal, as during the pay-out period it accounts for people who remove their pledges, have declined payment sources, etc. There's been nothing misleading about how we've set the criteria for it. I'm sorry that you see it that way, in any case. I'm not sure there's anything we could do to make it clearer than "remains past the goal after pay-outs". Calling it disingenuous when we're preparing for it, despite not meeting our criteria, feels like an unfortunate misunderstanding of our intentions. If we were trying to avoid it we wouldn't give updates at all.

i saw a lot of the UBWA episodes on youtube deleted... rough. any plans on rereleasing those with borders in the future?
