Purple Hero who got hugged by big arm man was a traitor to the heros (He sided with Tomura Shigaraki's group, The Paranormal Liberation Front). Death Arms (big arm guy) caught him because the real pro heroes were all on the mission to capture the doctor and attack the Villains base

Also, apparently Erasure does not work on Twice's double quirk, You cant erase "living" organisms

Even more reason to fear Twice, 1. Army capabilities 2. Erasure wont defeat them (Can't erase the army that can be created by twice)
