Councilor Deistre (Patreon)

First iteration to Councilor Deistre's design~

Note: Deistre cares not about their own gender definition (not like sivalaary have one to begin with - it's always a conscious choice) nor physical relations, while their political views are quite fluent.

While they don't alight with any other Councilor member deeply, they will always pick a side which they think will benefit T'egra's Union the most. Given their high role in Matrix technology upkeep, their word becomes final if the other Council members are at disagreement, making them the one with whom it is impossible to bargain, and the one who never brings their personal disagreements into the Council.
