Councilors are multi-shaped, meaning they have more than one "default" appearance.

The first one everyone will be the most familiar with is their Regal form - it's how everybody sees them at the Great Hall, during official meetings, and simply walking around T'egra's headquarters and the military city.

Second is their casual form - one, which they take to walk among civilians, becoming part of the crowd.

Third is their original form which they took thousands of years ago, first materializing on Sitan's surface. People have not seen Councilors taking them for quite some time.

Also, while regular sivalaary are around 3 meters tall, siaya (which the Councilors are) are around 4 meters tall in their regal forms.
