More introductions!~

This time it's Angelar who, in comparison to the newest Larune, is one of the oldest characters Age of the Down ever had. He is the one who oversees missions and gives orders to T'egra's Fleet's special forces units. One of those units being Ordo Astrum - Xera's unit, which's being led by Ketara Ator.

I believe Angelar had a sketch of him made around ten years ago, yet I doubt that I'll be able to find it. And I think he had short hair. The Universe is turning into baldverse after all... x'3
