Cat android: idea (Patreon)

I wanted to show android's body diversity on a cat character. They are around 130 centimeters tall and are sought for by the black market traders due to their appearance. Human customers are rather fond of having them in their collection.

Originally cat-droids were made to work in children hospitals as nurses. Later they found themselves in many other professions. Not always the pretty ones.

Yours truly: Oh yes, absolutely. They are fully sentient and besides physical care for sick and disabled children they provided moral support to them as well. They were super helpful to children on the spectrum, as cat droids didn't need rest and were super patient and responsive to kids' needs.

Unfortunately, the drawback to them was their replaceability. As they started to experience malfunctions they were considered as a garbage and were disposed of. It was much cheaper to get a new android, than repair them. That motivated cat droids to join the rebellion against their creators and flee with the rest.
