Councilor Archein (Patreon)

I've found it! The first sketch of Councilor Archein, made somewhere in 2015-16 I guess- I'm really not sure about dates here, - I'm so happy to show him x3 

He is one of the first sivalaary who have materialized in our Universe, making him around 180-200k human years old. His appearance here already degraded by our time - just like any other siaya's, yet still he has years more left in our world. He is also the sweetest and pure hearted siaya you'd ever meet, - making him the most beloved grandpa of the T'egra's Union and her subjects. He's always out there - visiting various celebrations, parades, exhibitions etc., and even some of the smallest social events, - like openings of cafes for example - talking to people and finding out what they think about their city/station/region, and if there are any complains or wishes to improve something in particular, and if there is - he'll make sure to bring it on the Council meeting and resolve the issue.
