Siaya: Noera? (Patreon)

And back to the illustrations~

I started this one as a random Siaya, but now I feel that it could be a proto-version of Noera (she's one of the five members of the Great Council of T'egra's Union).

Also, I should add that she's the youngest among all members of the Council, and only a half-Siaya (i.e her "parents" been more Siaya than she, and their parents were the actual Siaya - first-materialized sivalaary that entered our world and found how to transform their own energy into a flesh).
