So finally it's got a name - Ragkhlar or hlaras for short.

In the old times those hounds were used mostly for hunt on tsaruras. To put down adult tsarura where needed about 3-6 ragkhlars (depending on its breed). 

And here is some commands which were used by Ancients to hounds: 

"Heesh" - stop the action
"Haxar" - attack
"Kheela" - follow me (to one hound)
"Kheelah'xar" - follow me (to whole pack)

Also "kheela" and "xar" is actual words from Ancients' language. First means exactly the same command action - "follow", only if you want say it to person, you need add "ar" at the end: "kheela'ar" - "follow me". Second word - "xar" - means group of live objects (at our situation - hounds), and if you want to use it to group of persons you need add "os" at the end: "xar'os" - that will means that you are referring to a group of people, not to animals.
