Updates and 98/99 free version (Patreon)

Hi all,

I have just updated the links for the mods with a very small number of additions.

Also below you can find the free version of Retro Regens for the FM23 98/99 database.  This version has regens up to 160 PA, current count of 15,770. Noticed I hadn't posted it here.

How to install

PLEASE NOTE: This mod only works with the FMF version of the database and is not saved game compatible.
