~Buy yourself a new Album to listen to

~ Start your morning with deep breathing & long stretches

~Treat yourself to a new body wash or bubble bath and have a long bath

~Wear your most fanciest outfit and take some pics

~Don't be afraid to say no

~Drink lots of water

~Treat your self to something decadent to eat

~Disconnect from social media for an hr. or more a day and be present

~ Get a new pillow or new bedding set

~Prep some fruit and veggies for the week

~Give someone a hug
