New CG: eaten out from behind (Patreon)

Another CG is completed, but I don't feel so satisfied with this one though. I'm gonna put it in secret then you'll get see it when the update is out :D

I think some major events CGs shouldn't be spoiled for later joy, how about your thoughts?
