Applicability

These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of the App, including but not limited to registered and unregistered users.

• Use of the App

By using the App, you agree to comply with all of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to any of these Terms, you are not permitted to use the App.

• Nature of the App

The App is a service that provides users with access to information and resources. The App is provided "as is" and the Developer makes no representations or warranties as to the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the information or resources provided.

• Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the App and its content belong to the Developer or the Developer's licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, transmit, or sublicense any part of the App or its content without the prior written permission of the Developer.

The Developer respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. The Developer's Privacy Policy explains how the Developer collects and uses your personal information when you use the App.

• Disclaimer of Liability

The Developer is not liable for any damages, whether direct or indirect, arising from the use of the App or its content. This includes but is not limited to damages for lost profits, lost revenue, data, or other intangible property.

• Changes

The Developer may change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the App. By continuing to use the App after changes have been posted, you agree to be bound by the modified Terms and Conditions.

• Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions will be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in the State of California.
