More photos should be coming soon but here's the finished costume! I cut back a lot from the original design but this was still two weeks of almost non-stop sewing. Despite the fact that they were *living* with me both my partners were like "Hi, I miss you! You're going to slow down and take care of yourself soon, right?" I don't want to do that to them (or me!) again. Thanks to adderall, I actually came up with a solution instead of just thinking that I am the worst. Half my problem was thinking "Oh, no worries, I don't need to have that finished till August...Oh dear god, August is in two weeks!" Yes, the passing of time and one month flowing into the next STILL manages to surprise me. I've always thought that was stupid and eventually n if learn. Clearly I won't. And even if that makes me stupid, it's smarter to light a match than curse the darkness. So from now on, I'll be putting deadlines in my calendar. Concepting must happen at least two months before debuting an act, costume construction must start at least a month before. Whenever I put a new show in my calendar, the ifttt app will trigger a reminder to add in corresponding deadlines. Problem solving! Better late than never. More photos and video to come soon.
