Yeah, I'm kinda confused what the Chairman tier actually is. I joined, but can't see any sort of "monthly suggestions" posts or anything of that nature. I'd love to be able to drop ideas in a google doc (with some accompanying inspirational images, lol) and then have the people vote on the ideas in a poll where you could vote on all the ideas you liked.
