commission waitlist (Patreon)

I'm trying out a new method of comm requests!

I've made a google form so I can accept requests from people and then get back to them when I'm actually starting on them (basically a waitlist).

I'd like to test it on a smaller group of people for now, so any feedback on the form would be useful! (will also probably take one or two comms this month!)
