Content

Hey all!

Been rethinking how to do Patreon with my work schedule, and I think it's a little difficult to say that I put out the same amount of content each month, which makes the whole Patreon monthly charge thing a little weird, as I very much have peaks and troughs (and very long breaks!) of art that I can post.

I've also had to put out when I'm pausing when taking a break from stuff, which is also not ideal as getting a notification for nothing new isn't great!

I know this place is essentially a tip jar with a few benefits, but I do believe people should get something back in return anyway.

So I've been thinking if charging only when I post art (per creation billing) would work best. It wouldn't be charged more than 1-2 times a month if that, and everyone can set their own limit to how much they want to support in a month. That leaves the flexibility of taking breaks, while also only charging when I make a decent amount of stuff!

The only issue if that I'm not sure if I can switch this Patreon to anything but monthly billing. If so, then I may have to make a brand-new Patreon and move everything over.

If you have any feedback on the idea let me know! Do you prefer the monthly charges with variable content, or would you prefer a per creation charge approach?

I don't mind either way personally. Any way we can send support is good in my book 👍

I don't mind either way. can we still just do the monthly support regardless of content? IT helps with my financial planning if I have a set amount per month.

You know I'm not sure if it can be tailored like that, I'll look into it!
