winding things down a bit (important!) (Patreon)

Hey all, this is a fairly important update, so I'll put the tl;dr up top

tl;dr This patreon will essentially become a tip jar, with no real benefits attached beyond maybe high res pics and slight early access. Draws and commissions will also be less frequent.

Refunds are also available for anyone who signed up this month (just send me a message or request one), and you may want to see if you'd still like to stay subscribed!

I'm much busier these days and I hate disappointing people, especially people who are supporting me (and are very generous to do so!).

Honestly, you may have already seen these benefits as what this patreon has become anyway, and I feel bad about it. I much prefer people to have all the information upfront before they make a decision.

Add to that, patreon does make me feel a little trapped into constantly producing stuff, to not disappoint people, which makes me more anxious about drawing, which turns my fun hobby into a second job. Which I'd rather avoid!

The same can sort of be said for commissions. I do feel a little obligated to open them up, especially for patrons, but it does make it feel more like a chore than it should be.

Also, I do like to take breaks, or just not post things, or just draw something completely different! Which doesn't really gel with patreon's monthly model, and that's on me. But I'd still like to keep it around as it's an easy way for people to support me.

So! I'm winding down the stuff on this patreon, taking more breaks, drawing other stuff, and going to be restricting commissions to only when I really feel up to them. I've already revised the page and tier to better outline what I'd like this to be.

For anyone who was hoping for more this month, I'm very sorry, and I'm more than happy to refund you back this month's pledge. If you're still subscribed, please check if you still wish to be also!
