As gross as Jayne is talking about getting "sexed", he is genuinely sweet to his partner. He even braids her hair during the planning session.

Such an a good episode. Joss Whedon was pissed with how the network marketed the show as a Sci-Fi action comedy when in he said it was really a character study but set in space. Also the actress that played Nandi was in one of my favourite shows The OC.
