Earthquake Morocco (Patreon)

Hello guys, For you who don't know an earthquake hit Morocco on Friday night. As of now 2500 are killed and 2400 are injured and it's still counting. I'm not sure if you know but my mum is moroccan so this is really affecting us. We're trying to help the best we can to provide and send some food supplies to those affected by this disaster. I am from Morocco as well. And I experienced it and it was terrible. I was visiting my aunt in taroudant which was really close to the earthquake. It was basically a nightmare

Oh I didn't know. I'm in France so I didn't experience it but I have family in Agadir and Rabat that felt the earthquake. Hope that you and you're family are safe.

We managed to get out before the building collapsed but now we gathered my aunt and her children and went back to casablanca live with us and to help each other overcome this trauma

My wife and I were in Marrakech for our honeymoon in May. It's so sad to see places that we have such wonderful memories of reduced to ruins. Obviously it's much more personal for you having family there and your mum being from Morocco - hope that you and your family are okay.
