this was fun I love this series. Also when Joel pulls his hand away i think it had more to do with the fact that his hand is hurt from beating on the guard than anything else to me it looked like he winced in pain when he pulled away. at least that what i think :)

The ending had Sofie on the verge of crying and throwing up at the same time. I'm not sure what that kiss was, I think it was a way for the infected to pass its spores. It was probably unaware that Tess had already been infected because Tess was still human.

Also, in a sad note that is somewhat related: Annie Wersching, who played Tess in the video game, passed away earlier this year.

I’ll tell you something, Sofie. As much as you hate watching horror, you’re actually the right person to be reacting to a show like this. It’s like how empaths are the right people to work in a hospital or in the medical or caring field. Yeah, it affects them the most but that’s why it’s important to be there. To have that responsibility. Because they will care to. Because they feel it all. I’m the same. While I’m a horror fan I’ve only ever been able to watch people play the games. Both parts. I have never played them myself. I have never even attempted to try to. I knew I’d be able to watch the TV show because watching it isn’t as scary as being apart of it. Being in control of the characters. But you don’t like horror at all. Like with any art/entertainment media format so it’s going to get to you even worse than it does for me. Let it. That’s what we want. Don’t hold anything back. We want to see it all. You’re the right person to react to this as scary and upsetting of an experience as it will be for you. Believe me. The whole point is to feel it.
