I think in the scene with Nymeria and Arya, when Arya says "Thats not you", its a callback to her conversation with Ned when he was telling her she would marry a lord and her sons would be knights, but Arya responded by saying: "No. Thats not me." Arya recognizes that same willfulness and desire to not conform in Nymeria, now that they've both grown up. Nymeria appears to be doing well and leading a pack of wolves herself, and Arya respects that, like how she has fought to be respected by others as well when they question her desire to be a fighter and not a lady like Sansa.

In the scene where Sam is reading that book about Dragonstone and the dragonglass, he flips over a page with a drawing of the Cats paw dagger, the one used by that assassin sent to kill Bran and that Cat defended him against. Its interesting that dagger is depicted in that book....if anything, we do know that it could also be useful in fighting against the white walkers because its Valyrian steel.

The only thing I have to say about the Cats-paw dagger is that it's a horribly designed weapon.
