i still cant believe the original plan was for Holtz to have Det. Kate be his number 2. But the actress schedule was full so they created the new character in Justine. Det Kate left Angel in a good spot. I cant see him corrupting her to help steal Angels baby, kill a mentor, and help bury her old friend (who saved her life after their feud) at sea.
